1What is Simply Be Box?
Simply Be Box is a faith-based subscription box for teen girls filled with fun, positive, on-trend items & encouragement to Simply Be who God created you to be. We currently offer a quarterly subscription box that ships 4 times a year; March, June, September, December.

Shipping Information

1How soon can I expect my first box for the Annual Subscription or Seasonal Subscription?
Subscription boxes are shipped by the 15th of the designated month (March, June, September) except for December which will ship by the 1st to ensure Christmas arrival. You will be notified via email when your box has shipped. Please allow 10-15 business days from your email confirmation to receive your box. If you subscribe outside of the designated shipping window and we have boxes available, you will be contacted to begin your subscription immediately or you can opt to wait until the following season. Gift boxes will ship within 3-4 business days. During the holiday season we ship boxes within 24 hours of receipt of the order.(Gift Boxes Coming Soon in 2022!)
2How does shipping work?
We ship all our gift and subscription boxes out of Marietta, GA. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
3How is the cost of shipping handled?
The cost of shipping is included in the price of each box. Additional shipping charges may be required for boxes shipped to Hawaii & Alaska.
4Do you ship outside of the United States
No, we currently only ship within the United States. Please contact us info@simplybebox.com for specific requests and we will do our best to work with you. Additional shipping charges and/or fees will apply.
5My Simply Be Box never arrived. What should I do?
We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, (such as an incorrectly entered address) we can send a replacement box once the original box is returned to us. There is a $12 service fee to send the replacement box to cover additional shipping costs.
6My box says delivered but the recipient did not receive it.
Be sure to look around the house and ask neighbors as there is a good chance it's hiding somewhere (trust us, it happens all the time). If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, we will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!
7I moved or got a new credit card. How do I update my info?
Login to your Simply Be Box account and edit your information. Be sure to do this as soon as possible to ensure you receive your next box on time.

Gifting Questions

1Can I send a subscription box as a gift?
Absolutely! This is the perfect gift for any teen girl in your life! You can sign up for a subscription on the Subscribe page. There are three ways to give…Annual Quarterly Subscription (pre-pay for 4 boxes), Seasonal Quarterly Subscription (pay quarterly, auto-renewal) or One-Time Box.
2Do you include a receipt in the box?
We understand that most boxes are shipped directly to the recipient, so we do not include pack slips or receipts in any of our shipments.
3Can I include a personal message to the recipient in their subscription box?
No, currently we’re unable to include personal messages inside the subscription boxes.
4Can I include a personal message to the recipient in their gift box?
Yes! We will print a personalized sticker to include on the inside of the box top exactly as typed. We will not change any words as there are many inside jokes and nicknames and we do not want to mess it up! So type carefully!(Gift Boxes Coming Soon in 2022!)

Subscriber Questions

1When will I be billed for my Simply Be Box subscription?
If you order today, you will be billed right away to reserve your box. After that, all seasonal quarterly subscribers will be billed on the 1st day of March, June, September, and December. Annual subscribers will be auto billed annually.
2What is your cancellation policy?
You can pause or cancel your Simply Be Box seasonal subscription at any time after you are with us for 2 seasons. There is no cancellation fee unless you cancel before the two-season commitment then there will be a $25 service fee. Seasonal subscription auto renews each quarter until paused or canceled. Seasonal quarterly subscribers are billed at the time of purchase and then subsequently on the 1st day of each quarterly shipping month (March, June, September, December). Seasonal quarterly subscribers must cancel 21 days prior to the next bill date. For example, to cancel the spring box that will invoice on March 1st, you must cancel prior to February 7th. Annual quarterly subscriptions can be cancelled after 4 seasons. Annual subscriptions will be auto-renewed each year. You must cancel your subscription with Simply Be Box by contacting us at info@simplybebox.com
3How does sizing work with the clothing?
Simply Be Box occasionally will include a clothing item in the subscription boxes. We work with many vendors to source our clothing and do the best we can to get the clothing to run true to size. Clothing in all boxes will be Adult sizes. We will send the size listed on your subscription so be sure to update the size as your girl grows.
4Oh no! I forgot to update my sizing for the box and the clothing item does not fit! What do I do?
Keeping your subscription updated with your girls size is the subscribers responsibility. We send email reminders to all our subscribers throughout the season as a reminder. If the clothing item in your box does not fit, please contact us as soon as possible. You can exchange the item if we have extra sizes available. Shipping charges will be your responsibility to return the item and cover the cost to send a replacement item. The replacement clothing item will be mailed out AFTER we receive the return product.
5What if I don't love something in my box?
We hope you LOVE everything we selected in your Simply Be Box. In the event you don't love something we encourage you to share it with a friend or donate it to a local charity.
6Do you include food in your boxes?
Simply Be Box does include a variety of healthy snacks&treats in our boxes. Please check the ingredients to ensure you and/or your child does not have an allergy to the ingredients. The snacks can contain nuts and peanuts. Simply Be Box is not responsible for allergic results from products in the box.

Return Information

1Does Simply Be Box accept returns?
Simply Be Box purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
2Oh no! My Simply BeBox or product arrived damaged! What now?
If you receive a damaged product in your box, or if your box arrived damaged or missing a product, please email us at info@simplybebox.com ASAP, and we will take care of it!
